1. |
Steam pressure can be
automatically controlled |
|
Since the pressure switch
controls the boiler's steam pressure, a proper quantity of
steam can always be maintained, during the use , thus
economizing electric power. |
2. |
Automatically switch off the
electricity at low water level |
|
Floatless switch controls
the level of the water, therefore the heater and the body
are not spoiled and they last out long time |
3. |
Strong construction |
|
The boiler proper is made of
stainless steel. Teflon disks are used as the seats of
safety valve, ssteam valve, filler valve and drain valve,
and they will not be spoiled. |
|

|
How To Use |
1. |
Install the boiler near the
work table of the iron, put the steam hose onto the steam
valve of the boiler, and connect the iron. |
|
2. |
Open the filler valve and steam valve, and feed watter
through a funnel. THe amount of supplied water should be up
to 2 cm. below the upper end of waster gauge glass. (gauge
valve: normal open) |
|
3. |
Close the all valves and
switch on the boiler . When the pressure gauge reads working
pressure, open the steam valve by the minimum required.
|
|
4. |
If the pressure gauge needle
points to above max. pressure, the pressure switch
automatically turns off the electricity. |
|
5. |
When water within the boiler
has decreased, switch off and supply water(same way as 2).
When hot water is supplied, you cna use the iron quicker. |
|
6. |
After use, switch off the
boiler and close the steam valve. |
7. |
Remove al the water
within once a week by opening the drain valve. |
